  5. Record all day-to-day Expenses
  6. Calculation of TDS, Service Tax & Vat preparation & Filing of the returns
  7. Preparing Invoice
  8. Preparing Cheques for all the payments made to Vendors & Bill payments
  9. Preparing the outstanding statements of Vendors
  10. Follow up with a client for payment
  11. Assisting Auditors in Statutory Auditing
  12. Calculation of TDS, Service Tax & VAT
  13. Making all the TDS entries in the TDS Software
  14. Calculating Staff Salary & Preparing Salary Statement
  15. Preparing TDS Certificate
  16. Working on GST 
  17. Take account of all financial and administrative tasks assigned
  18. Follow and report on all activities in an active and timely manner
  19. Maintain computerized records of all accounts in Zoho Books. 
Required Candidate Profile
  1. Candidate should have good working experience on Accounting Software
  2. Candidate should have good working experience in MIS-Office
  3. Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  4. Experience with general ledger functions
  5. Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
  6. Com M.Com or relevant degree Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
  7. Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP’s and pivot tables will be added advantage

 MIS Reports
  1. Daily MIS of Vehicle placement Tracking (daily, end-to-end vehicle placement report)
  2. Vendor Advance track report
  3. TMS entries POD upload, LR, VHC DRS, Vendor bills
  4. Report maintenance and repair needs for transportation vehicles during transit
  5. Information and communication of incidents and accidents of route vehicles to immediate senior and zonal manager
  6. Keep organized records of vehicles, schedules, and completed orders
Required Candidate Profile
  1. Any Graduation
  2. Candidate shall be from an FTL background from a transportation / logistic company
  3. Candidate should be able to source the below vehicles from the market :
    14FT/ 17 FT /20 FT/ 32 FT SXL MXL / 16 Ton / Tata ace / Tata 407/ Mahendra Pick up / Tata 1109 / 40 feet trailer.
